Ghana Ambassador pays a visit to the Division
On Thursday May 12th, 2016 His Excellency, the Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana paid a courtesy visit to the West-Central Africa Division located in Abidjan,
Cocody. His Excellency Mr. Augustine Blay came along with him four of his collaborators, Mrs Grace and Diviana and Ms Opoku and Amankwa.
Around 1 P.M. the Ghanaian Ambassador entered the gate of the Division’s office with his entourage. It was a moment of gratitude and exchange between the officials of the West-Central Africa Division and His Excellency Mr. Augustine Blay and his team and even the citizens of Ghana working in the Division.
As soon as they arrived, his Excellency and his entourage, after the welcoming words, had a meeting with the President, Pastor Elie Weick DIDO surrounded by his closet collaborators, Elder Manu Emmanuel, Pastor Ewoo Andrews, sister Stella from the Secretariat and also, Pastor Irineo Koch from the Communication, Public Relations and Religious Liberty Department. After this brief meeting that took place in the President’s office, Mr. Blay and his team were taken to the devotional hall where they met quite a number of Ghanaians, some heads of Departments and even other workers. The exchanges were essentially about how the people from Ghana must conduct themselves during the coming elections that will take place in their country by November 2016. Taking advantage of this meeting, Elder Manu expressed the gratitude of the Division to His Excellency Mr. Augustine Blay for the simplicity and promptness he puts in to always meet his colleagues’ expectations in terms of visa issuance.
At the end, a potluck was offered by the Division to their guests, after which Pastor Koch took them round to visit some of the offices.
